Founded in 2021, SISTA SHOOTAS is the original gaming collective for Black women in esports, created with a focus on FPS competitive gaming, skill development, and content creation.
What started with a passion for competitive gaming has grown beyond the FPS space. By request of our community, SISTA SHOOTAS has expanded into games like Marvel Rivals and Fortnite, creating more opportunities for women to connect, compete, and create.
We’re here to build confidence, create a seat at the table, foster meaningful connections, and help turn a passion for gaming into a career and content that last.

Although our community is founded, led by Black women. Our community scrims and tournaments has always been open to all women, men, and gender fluid individuals. Creating more space for inclusivity.

We provide one-on-one coaching through VOD reviews, team scrims, and personalized training to help players sharpen their skills, improve their game sense, and reach their full potential.

Maurisha McSavage
With more than fifteen years of experience in the acting industry, Maurisha has built a career defined by presence, versatility, and the authentic ability to connect with audiences. Her extensive background paved the way for her dynamic on-screen talent transition during covid into the Esports industry across titles like Call of Duty, Apex Legends, and Fortnite.
OnScreen: She has served as Caster, Host, Director, and moderator under several high tier tournament Esports titles with Rokkr Rally, Cxmmunity, XSET, RadiantGG, Efuse/Erena and more. She has since moved behind the scenes into production and admin work. Maurisha, XSET Black Xcellence Winner, 1000 Dreams Winner, Women in Games ambassador, Gameher Ambassador, EA Creator, Ubisoft Creator, and has received countless nominations and has worked with several brands like Logitech, Elgato, Warner Bros, ELF, Baked Bags and more.
Off Screen: Driven by both passion for gaming, education, and a desire for greater representation, Maurisha, recognized the lack of visibility for Black Women within the Esports Industry and used her new platform to create a meaningful community that blended her experience as a content creator and professional to a new generation of gamers.

SheisBoogie is a Twitch Partner, 3x Gameher Award winning Coach. GlobalgamingLeague Tekken fighter. Boogie is an American streaming personality, esports coach, and content creator. She is best known for her energetic personality and high-level gameplay in first-person shooter (FPS) and fighting video games.
Top-Tier Gamer: She is a highly skilled player, notably reaching "Masters" rank six times in the game Apex Legends. She also creates content for Marvel Rivals, Tekken 8, and Fortnite.
Award Winner: She was named the 2022 "Coach of the Year" by the*Gamehers, a global organization that supports women and non-binary gamers.
Twitch Partner: After years of consistent streaming, she officially became a Twitch Partner and was even featured on the front page of Twitch.
Cosplayer & Event Organizer: Outside of standard gameplay, she is a regular cosplayer at conventions. She is also the head organizer for local gaming meetups, such as the Twitch Baltimore Meetups.
